Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Infrastructure/Platform Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and develop a team of platform engineers, providing coaching and managing performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure platform solutions
• Manage platform engineering budgets and optimize costs for cloud and on-premise infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years in platform development, with 3 years in management roles
• Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure engineering teams
• Advanced skills in cloud platforms, containerization, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of security principles and regulatory requirements for platform engineering
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
