Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to develop the end-to-end experience for seller listings and merchandising systems
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to shape the technical foundation of the commerce journey
• Guide the engineering team in delivering solutions efficiently while managing technical debt and stakeholder priorities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leading engineering teams in a high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience with large distributed systems and complex user interfaces
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of product metrics and data limitations
• Substantial experience in the relevant technical domain
