Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Service Assurance Engineer responsible for post delivery activation issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret customer issue reports and analyze service orders to determine circuit design and delivery requirements
- Create design schematics and detailed scopes of work for troubleshooting fiber circuit issues
- Lead incident calls for rapid issue resolution and provide ongoing reports on work status and resolution steps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of telecom experience
- Experience with Salesforce, M6/Metasolv, and fiber test analysis software
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications standards and fiber engineering network design
- Advanced project leadership and customer management skills
