Field Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Master Tech Field Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as team or site leader, providing direction to other technicians
• Troubleshoot and resolve client escalations and monitor system performance
• Assist in the roll-out of new products and provide technical training to team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical certification or Associate Degree may be required
• Generally, 7+ years of experience in the area of responsibility
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
