• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in a client-facing technical role
• Experience in leading technical implementations at an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS company
• Hands-on knowledge of web technologies and integration protocols (e.g., APIs, REST)
• Strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of common security concepts and standards (e.g., SSO, SAML, OAuth)
