Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to provide technical and product consultation to customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales as a technical resource during merchant engagements, from initial calls to implementation planning
• Manage merchant implementations including technical scoping, integration design, development, testing, and launch
• Research and design integrations into new payment service providers and subscription management systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions or sales engineering, implementation management, technical support, or software engineering
• Proven experience supporting pre-sales efforts, including technical presentations and solution scoping
• Experience with programming languages, implementing APIs, and knowledge of system architecture
• Experience with payment systems and integrations to payment gateways and processors
• Experience leading projects with external customers or partners
