Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical product demos and proof of concepts, preparing supporting documentation
- Provide best practices and technical guidance as the internal API expert
- Collaborate with teams to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex API workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical solutions role within B2B SaaS or data-driven environments
- Skilled in designing and optimizing API workflows, including entity mapping and bulk processing
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations and workflows
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python
- Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales technical support
