Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform to simplify customer services
- Architect and design solutions for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices
- Guide platform roadmap discussions and mentor the team in ServiceNow application implementations
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in the IT industry
- 8+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSDM
- Experience in platform consulting and advisory roles
- Relevant certifications such as CAD and CIS in ITSM, ITOM, or HAM/SAM
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
