Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Manager to lead cybersecurity investigations and manage operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-priority investigations and ensure efficient triage of security events
• Develop training programs for SOC Analysts and coordinate detection activities during cyber events
• Provide technical support, guidance, and oversee the development of SOC triage playbooks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity operational roles
• Expertise in SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and phishing protection platforms
• 2+ years of experience managing SOC Analysts and hands-on technical Cybersecurity experience
• Experience with security operations in public cloud environments and large corporate on-prem environments
