Key Responsibilities

• Support existing implementations with a focus on Operations & Support
• Implement minor enhancements and expansions for Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Work with IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Familiarity with IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
