In this role, you'll be responsible for the precision welding, inspection, and testing of complex early-design and production stage welds used in aircraft and aerospace components, systems, and test stands. These are not ordinary welds — they’re mission-critical to high-performance aerospace applications where quality, reliability, and safety are non-negotiable. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to meet stringent quality standards, follow detailed technical specifications, and ensure full compliance with industry regulations. Your contributions will directly support the creation of high-reliability products that meet the safety & performance requirements of aerospace application and perform in some of the world’s most demanding environments.

• Perform weld applications using various weld processes such as MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.
• Perform precision welds using a wide variety of material and thicknesses, including Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum, etc.
• Read and interpret aerospace schematics, technical drawings, and detailed work instructions
• Coordinate closely with engineers and hardware test teams to execute on building large structures / enclosures for various testing purposes
• Identify and repair defects, ensuring zero tolerance for errors that could impact safety or reliability.
• Maintain detailed documentation for traceability and compliance with aerospace industry standards
• Provide feedback for process improvements and ensure compliance with lean manufacturing principles.
• Utilize various digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, etc. for project management

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience
• Experience welding titanium and mild steel, including work on thin metals (14–20-gauge).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precise welding applications.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Experience with both structural and precision welding projects, with a focus on accuracy and craftsmanship.
