Job Summary
A company is looking for a Site Optimization Analyst to enhance the online shopping experience through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to improve site performance and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and measure test strategies aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and dashboards to support testing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in digital analytics or optimization, preferably in an eCommerce-driven environment
- Strong SQL proficiency is required; familiarity with R or Python is a plus
- Experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
- Understanding of site testing tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, etc.) is preferred but not required
