Job Summary
A company is looking for a Site Payment Administrator responsible for managing site payments and assisting with administrative tasks in the Posterior Segment department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electronic and manual site payments, including budget setup and payment processing
- Track and review site invoices for accuracy and communicate with site contacts regarding discrepancies
- Perform additional department-related tasks as assigned while adhering to quality systems and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable processing experience
- Associates or bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
- Experience or understanding of clinical site contracts related to site payments
- Knowledge of GCP/GXP/ICH regulations and experience with clinical trials is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
