Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external vendors regarding billing and accounts receivable inquiries
• Analyze and communicate invoicing discrepancies to support sales partners and clients
• Monitor aging accounts and track past due invoices while conducting research on invoicing issues

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Billing/Accounting
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Experience with editing PDFs
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote environment
