Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst (Billing Specialist) to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the billing platform, generate invoices, and manage customer billing inquiries
• Review and process vendor bills, ensuring proper coding and managing payment runs
• Monitor customer balances, perform invoice aging reviews, and reconcile cash receipts

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting experience in public accounting or a corporate/tech environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's or CPA is a plus)
• Hands-on familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar ERP and billing software
• Solid understanding of GAAP basics and internal control environments
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, asynchronous setting
