CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller responsible for all accounting reporting and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit procedures
• Prepare and lead the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors and stakeholders
• Manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and ensure timely billing and cash collections

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role
• Experience with NetSuite (specifically ARM), SFDC, and/or Avalara
• Familiarity with Big 4 audit processes and technical accounting guidelines (ASC 606, 842, 730)
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• International business experience and regulatory compliance knowledge
