Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Consolidation Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close and consolidation activities, including preparation of consolidation adjustments and monitoring intercompany balancing
- Prepare support for SEC filings and analyze financial results to create management reports
- Assist with technical accounting memos and analysis as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/BPC and Excel
- 4-6 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Ability to analyze and reconcile consolidated financial data accurately and timely
