Consolidation Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Consolidation Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and consolidation activities, including preparation of consolidation adjustments and monitoring intercompany balancing
• Prepare support for SEC filings and analyze financial results to create management reports
• Assist with technical accounting memos and analysis as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced proficiency in SAP/BPC and Excel
• 4-6 years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Ability to analyze and reconcile consolidated financial data accurately and timely
