Associate Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly accounting close activities, including journal entries and reporting
• Identify issues and implement process improvements for accounting operations
• Prepare documentation for external financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting
• Team-oriented and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to manage work independently and solve problems
• Netsuite experience and public company experience are a plus
