Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for various entities
• Lead tax planning strategies and guide team members during complex engagements
• Assist with IRS and state audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting; master's degree and CPA preferred
• Experience with tax and accounting software such as UltraTax and QuickBooks
• Must pass a CJIS background check
• Preferred experience in tax compliance and advisory roles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
