Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the account resolution process and implement proactive measures to avoid escalated issues
• Ensure offshore resources follow up on unresolved claims and take appropriate actions for resolution
• Monitor reports for trends and escalate issues while providing guidance and training to offshore resources

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Preferred medical billing experience
• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Ability to work independently and identify patterns for informed decision-making
• Remote positions require a home internet connection meeting specified criteria
