Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Account Representative - Credit Balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes
• Handle collections, payment posting, and credit balance resolution
• Assist in reporting and reconciling daily IDX transaction reports

Required Qualifications:

• 1.5 years of experience in Medical Billing, Medical Collections, or Medical Billing Systems
• No specific education required
• No licensure or certifications required
• Experience with IDX or other billing systems preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
