CPA Licensed Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Advisory Director aligned to the Workiva practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workiva implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans, advising on best practices for streamlining and automating the reporting process
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients at the executive level, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication on project goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA Certification highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, including SEC and statutory reporting
• Experience managing Workiva implementations within a consulting position
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams in a collaborative work environment
