Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clients & Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal billing and invoicing; coordinate with Finance to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Manage fulfillment of internal retail and merchandise requests
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three operations assistants

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, retail coordination, or related field
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with billing systems and inventory management preferred
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
