Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst who will be responsible for payroll analysis and validations for international payrolls.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the processing of international payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data for accuracy in payments and reporting
• Identify and implement payroll efficiencies and automate strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years supporting international payrolls (Japan, Singapore, Australia)
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, including tax reconciliation and compliance
• Experience with payroll systems and tools (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP)
• Proven ability to review, audit, and reconcile complex payroll data
