California Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategy
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and manage cash flow and working capital
• Supervise accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller role
• Experience with external audits and applicable GAAP regulations
• Strong understanding of inventory management and multi-location financial operations
• Experience with mid to large level ERP systems
