Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Supervisor to oversee credit and collections efforts and manage credit risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio valued at $100M-$300M and guide collection efforts for 3K-9K active accounts
• Work with the sales team on collection strategies and develop payment arrangements for distressed customers
• Supervise team efforts on various A/R reports and provide management updates on delinquent accounts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing financial information and performing credit reviews
• Experience managing large portfolios
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of D&B reports and financial statements
