Job Summary
A company is looking for a NMTC Compliance & Transactions Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal NMTC regulations and manage reporting and documentation for Community Development Entities (CDEs)
- Coordinate complex financial transactions, including equity injections and Qualified Low-Income Community Investments (QLICIs)
- Act as the primary contact for all stakeholders involved in NMTC financing of Park & Market
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience/training
- Knowledge of the New Markets Tax Credit program or similar federal economic development financing tools
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial compliance, fund management, or community development lending
- Experience managing complex financial transactions involving multiple stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems and ability to initiate and reconcile wire transfers
