Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager (Windows Server, IIS, Azure).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a 24x7 site reliability team for monitoring and incident response
• Oversee incident management processes to ensure compliance with SLA targets
• Design and conduct disaster recovery drills to validate system resilience

Required Qualifications:

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in site reliability or high-availability environments
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Expertise in incident management for mission-critical applications
• Experience with SOC and ISO compliance controls
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms
