SketchUp Rendering Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Rendering Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce 2D and 3D architectural renderings based on specifications from the Sales Team
• Deliver drawings within specific deadlines (24-48 hour turnaround)
• Communicate regularly with the Lead Renderer regarding project updates and availability

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in SketchUp, LayOut, SU Podium, and Chaos Enscape
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a drafting capacity
• Knowledge of various interior design materials and standard dimensions for interiors
• College degree and/or previous job experience in the design field preferred
• CAD experience and license preferred but not required
