Key Responsibilities
- Update social media content library and develop content according to the editorial calendar
- Coordinate graphic creation with designers and implement paid social media advertising campaigns
- Manage customer engagement on social media platforms and optimize strategies for improved performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, media, or a related field, or a Master's degree with relevant experience
- Four or more years of experience in social media management or related roles
- Knowledge of social media accessibility standards, including Section 508 compliance
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with content scheduling and platform-specific strategies
