Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing customer inquiries on social media
- Experience in content development and publishing
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs
- Ability to develop and execute strategic digital initiatives
