Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Software Engineer (Life New Business Run Support).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate resolution support for P0 incidents and mitigation support for P1-P4 incidents
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) activities and support infrastructure release activities
• Develop and maintain application monitoring tools and support configuration management activities

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or related field; relevant technology experience may substitute
• Four or more years of analysis and technology experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Basic to intermediate skills in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
