Key Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research for information systems development
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs and systems
• Provides guidance to less-experienced programmers and may serve in project team roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
• 2 years of programming experience required
• 1 year of experience with application development methodology and IT concepts required
• 1 year of expert knowledge in at least one programming language in use
• Proven skill with information technology in use
