Software Engineering Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Director, responsible for overseeing the software engineering function and leading teams to deliver high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the software engineering function, ensuring high-quality software delivery through all phases of development
• Manage partnerships with stakeholders and report value produced by the value stream to executive leadership
• Develop staff through coaching and performance feedback, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of related professional experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Preferred Master's degree and experience in a large Scaled Agile Framework environment
• Experience delivering SalesForce solutions and in the healthcare or Payer Industries
• Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach certification is preferred
