Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering Interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team's daily activities, utilizing JIRA to track workload and report performance KPIs
• Oversee the development of Rhapsody integration modules and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to gather requirements and lead the development process for new interfaces

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years in integrations or backend services
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, Mirth, Rhapsody, API Gateway, and complex message transformation logic
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives from conception through delivery
• Healthcare experience is a plus
