Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager - INS (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage teams responsible for digital solutions, overseeing software application design, development, operations, and maintenance
• Develop staff through coaching and performance feedback while ensuring the team meets technical excellence and growth
• Facilitate all aspects of software development and ensure adherence to best practices and project delivery methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of related professional experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in a large Scaled Agile Framework environment
• Preferred: 3 years of experience delivering SalesForce solutions
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in Healthcare and/or Payer Industries
