Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead AI Core & Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor multiple engineering teams while hiring and developing talent
• Drive the integration of AI technologies into the product roadmap and ensure system resilience and scalability
• Lead the development of high-performance backend systems and guide the design of robust data models

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering teams in high-growth environments with a focus on AI/ML technologies
• Strong background in fullstack development with proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, or Go
• Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development, including model training and deployment
• Experience working with SQL and RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL
• Proactive and outcomes-oriented mindset with a willingness to engage in hands-on work
