Software QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software QA Engineer 2 to join their Product Development team focusing on healthcare software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Debug and test Workers Compensation medical bill review workflows and utilization review processes
• Develop and automate software test plans and scripts for medical billing validation and API endpoints
• Consult with development engineers to resolve issues in medical workflow automation and healthcare data integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of software quality assurance experience, or advanced degree without experience
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language for test automation
• Experience in coding or code debugging in a development or QA role
• Willingness to learn medical billing processes and Workers Compensation regulations
