Software Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Tester to support federal clients in deploying a patient education tool for the Military Health System.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, including requirements review, sprint testing, and production monitoring
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases for various testing types across multiple environments
• Define and report QA metrics, creating dashboards and stakeholder updates to communicate progress and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr or similar test management tools
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain government security clearance
