Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from project kickoff to stabilization and continuous improvement
• Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, schedules, and track progress against scope, time, and budget

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in client implementation, project management, solution delivery, or customer success in a technology or SaaS environment
• Understanding of solution design principles and technical documentation
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HR technology or enterprise solutions is preferred
