Key Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations and support strategic sales motions with Account Executives
- Deliver consistent, value-driven demos and contribute to the development of demo resources
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product training and provide feedback on sales alignment
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success role
- Experience in nonprofit technology, particularly CRM or donor management software
- Familiarity with APIs, data migrations, or third-party integrations
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-urgency sales scenarios
