Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify solution requirements during the pre-sales stage
• Articulate system integrations with third-party technologies to meet customer needs
• Lead client discovery sessions and create design and requirements documentation for client approval

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in customer-facing solutions roles
• Proficiency in system architecture and relevant technologies (e.g., CRM, Marketing, Analytics)
• Experience with Restful APIs and SDKs, and understanding of architectural patterns
• Background in technical product management is ideal
• Experience leading technical discovery and requirement gathering workshops
