Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage overall system architecture using .NET 7 and CQRS design patterns
• Design and manage cloud architecture for migration to Azure government cloud environment
• Guide technical implementation of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline architectures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT
• 5 years of experience in IT supporting cross-functional teams
• Certifications: PMP, Agile, SAFe, ITIL, CISSP, CMMI
• Top Secret Clearance required and must be able to maintain
