Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer who is technically knowledgeable about data pipelines, databases, third-party integrations, and complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customers through the implementation of complex integrations, including financial, billing, and CRM platforms
- Collaborate with customer experience teams to ensure successful onboarding, configuration, and optimization of the platform
- Work closely with product engineers to build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and API-based integrations
Qualifications
- Proficiency with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and scripting in Python; SQL expertise required
- Proven experience integrating with financial, billing, and/or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Stripe)
- Strong understanding of technical implementation processes and complex data integrations
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into successful proofs-of-concept and solutions
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integrations Developer, or Technical Account Manager
