A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support client onboarding and provide ongoing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, including API setup and data integration
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to resolve client issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role, ideally in SaaS or adtech
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of databases, APIs, and scripting languages
- Proficiency with SQL and experience troubleshooting platform or integration issues
- Passion for process design and continuous improvement
