Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic pre-sale technical support and conduct customized product demonstrations
• Identify customer needs and create documentation for the implementation process
• Facilitate onboarding and training processes for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the digital media industry
• 1+ year experience with Basis or 3+ years with a similar media automation platform
• Understanding of the ad tech and digital media landscape
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Customer service oriented with a desire to create exceptional service experiences
