A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer (Remote) who is motivated and solutions-driven to assist customers with complex challenges through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to support strategic deals and customer engagements
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses
- Gather customer needs and conduct competitive research to inform positioning and strategy
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, preferably in the SaaS space
- Working knowledge of common cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Experience running trials and proof of concepts (POCs) with prospective customers
- Solid technical background in integrating cloud systems and API workflows
- Experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
