Key Responsibilities

• Lead the observability strategy, defining standards and best practices for instrumentation and telemetry
• Accelerate platform adoption by partnering with product and platform teams to enhance observability practices
• Mentor engineers and guide teams on reliability principles and observability tooling

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and software development, including leadership roles
• Deep hands-on experience in designing and operationalizing observability systems
• Proven ability to drive systemic change and influence organizational practices
• Experience in designing solutions for complex, high-scale environments
• Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into engineering workflows
