Business Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Engineer to optimize workflows and enhance analytic processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize processes to improve identity theft and fraud detection across business units
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks in fraud detection workflows
• Develop business process documentation and improvement roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in business process improvement, analysis, and/or engineering
• Experience with IRS processes, fraud prevention projects, and/or tax law changes highly preferred
• Must have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
