Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Process Engineer to optimize workflows and enhance analytic processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize processes to improve identity theft and fraud detection across business units
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in fraud detection workflows
- Develop business process documentation and improvement roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in business process improvement, analysis, and/or engineering
- Experience with IRS processes, fraud prevention projects, and/or tax law changes highly preferred
- Must have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
