Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Field AI Engineer in Canada (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and build relationships with technical stakeholders
• Deliver onboarding services and ensure technical success by writing custom code to integrate with customer data pipelines
• Become a product specialist to help customers utilize the Fiddler platform effectively and identify new opportunities for value

Required Qualifications

• Masters with no experience or Bachelors in Computer Science (AI/ML specialization), Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent, with 7+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience working with ML models in production
• Familiarity with Kubernetes in public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of data science concepts and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Strong coding skills, preferably in Python
